Rental Rates:

Taxes:   Rental Rates are subject to a Tourist Tax (12.5%) & Environmental Levy Tax ($9/night). 

Cleaning Service:    The rental rate includes a full cleaning service on your check out day.   If your stay is longer than a week, additional weekly cleanings are also provided. 

Occupancy:     All Rental Rates include up to 6 person occupancy in the villa.   For occupancy > 6 people, an extra charge of $30/night is added, per extra person .  The maximum occupancy of the house is 8 persons (including children of any age) .

Minimum Stay:   A minimum of 2 nights is required for all non-holiday reservations.   An additional charge of $50/night may be applicable for stays < 5 nights.    Holiday weeks have a 7 night minimum reservation.

Utility Allowance:    The rental rate includes a $250 USD utility allowance per week of occupancy.  You will note this is a generous utility allowance as our intention is for all utilities to be included with your rental rate, provided utilities are used responsibly.

Payment:   A 35% deposit is required when the reservation is made.   Full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Rental Agreement:   A signed rental agreement is required prior to reservation confirmation.
